Qualities We Look For:

CNC Lathe set-up and operation experience
Machining Center set-up and operation experience
Extensive experience interpreting blue-prints with an understanding of tolerances
Familiar with the use of micrometers and inspection equipment utilized in machining work
Capability with CNC programming for creation of and editing G-Code at the machine
Basic understanding of surface speeds, feeds and indexable tooling.
